Dizayn-house of Robots Can Dream, together with the partner companies of Hardwarable and OnLimitted, developed a thermomeasuring complex by request of the French company ON Group which helps industrial and development companies to reduce construction costs and the maintenance of objects in the conditions of permafrost. The company which is engaged in construction of oil and gas boring constructions in places of permafrost soil can be the target consumer of such complex, reported in Robots Can Dream on July 30, 2020.
The complex of devices allows to perform annual monitoring and to analyze features of soil that allows to model behavior of soil on an object to reduce risks during exploration works, construction of facilities, and, as a result, to reduce cost value of drilling and mineral extraction and also to foresee non-staff situations and to beforehand eliminate serious breakdowns of the equipment and constructions.
Robots Can Dream developed a hardware-software complex for the customer performing services for the companies from the oil and gas industry and other industries. By means of such complex the customer is going to provide the clients with a modern device. It will allow the oil companies to define beforehand a status of soil and to react prediktivno to critical breakdowns of their equipment, constructions and drilling rigs.
Specialists of the oil companies will be able to carry out geomonitoring on all objects from a stage of research and to start of objects. As of July 30 the complex undergoes certification for work on explosive objects.

The measuring complex consists of the device of metering equipment which body is executed of the processed plastic, has the microcontroller for work with a thermometric braid which represents a cable with the temperature sensors fixed on it. Also the braid is equipped with the connector for connection to metering equipment which is developed in two types.
The first type is called "logger", and he writes on the built-in memory card data from sensors on temperature. The second type is called "reader", and the screen for data mapping in real time is built in it. "Reader" is also equipped with the memory card and stores in himself indications of devices. Using Reader the specialist can monitor temperature status in real time.
Both types of devices are executed in the shock-resistant and explosion-proof body for work in special conditions of low temperatures.
Effective depth of work of a measuring complex can reach depth of 500 meters or can be used in object width. A system keeps in a stable relation and optionally displays information on soil temperature in real time. The complex can be optionally equipped with modules of wireless communication, for data transmission in situational or analytical center.
Both devices comprise the technical multi-pin connector by means of which the equipment can be connected to network or the computer, for data processing from a termokosa and modeling of diagrams of behavior of soil, and for further analytics of a status of objects, wells.
