Presentation of the module for monitoring the state of weapons and military facilities

The Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation has developed an IT solution based on the industrial Internet of Things, which allows you to monitor the state of weapons, special equipment, military facilities - from ships and vehicles to hospitals and garrisons, as well as create their digital counterparts. This was announced on September 1, 2023 to TAdviser by representatives of Rostec.

The solution called IIoT.Istok.Military is another module of the digital platform of the industrial Internet of Things IIoT.Istok. More details here.

Release of SCADA module

The Roselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation announced on December 22, 2022 the launch of a SCADA system based on the industrial Internet of Things. The solution provides monitoring of engineering systems of buildings and technological operations in production, as well as during the operation of industrial and civil construction facilities. The system can replace imported counterparts, including those developed by Siemens, Huawei and other foreign companies. Read more here.

Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The platform industrial Internet of Things IIoT.ISTOK holding Roselectronics"" State Corporation Rostec entered. Register of Russian Software Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation This was announced by Roselectronics on November 1, 2022. A solution designed to monitor production processes can reduce equipment maintenance costs by 10%.

The monitoring system based on the industrial Internet of Things IIoT.ISTOK was developed by specialists of NPP Istok named after Shokin (part of Roselectronics). It collects information from sensors built into the equipment, which allows you to monitor the operation and loading of production lines in real time - from a specific workplace to the entire enterprise.

The sensors installed on the equipment are combined by a virtual network to build a centralized monitoring and management system of technological processes. Information from them is transmitted to the production control center. The equipment can independently exchange information to optimize system operation and ensure autonomy, including self-diagnostics and self-service. In addition, the system detects deviations from the execution of the control program in the event of manual impact on the equipment.

An integral part of the platform is the Data lake store, which collects unstructured information of any format from different sources. Big data collection and analysis allows you to identify trends in equipment load, determine the impact of indirect and long-term factors and adjust the production process.

The register of Russian software is a tool for supporting local software manufacturers. The inclusion of IIoT.ISTOK in the register will allow our software to gain priority in procurement tenders conducted by state customers and companies with state participation. The platform developed by our specialists is a completely domestic product and is being successfully implemented at Rostec enterprises, "said Vitaly Alexandrov, director of digital transformation at NPP Istok .

The sensors installed on the equipment are combined by a single virtual network to build a centralized monitoring and management system of technological processes. Information from them is displayed in the production control center. The equipment can independently exchange information to optimize system operation and ensure autonomy, including self-diagnostics and self-service. In addition, the system detects deviations from the execution of the control program in the event of manual impact on the equipment.

The creation of "digital factories" at enterprises allows you to remotely automatically monitor the operation of equipment, proactively carry out service work based on forecasting the state of equipment, and prevent underload. Already at this stage, we saw a real economic effect from the introduction of the industrial Internet of Things system - the cost of technical maintenance decreased by 10%, operating costs decreased due to more efficient use of electricity, the number of downtime decreased, "said Sergey Sakhnenko, Industrial Director of the Radio Electronic Complex of Rostec State Corporation.

The IIoT.ISTOK system supports several versions of connectors (software modules that directly interact with equipment), as well as built-in DDP information security tools - a false distributed target system that is designed to protect the IT infrastructure from targeted attacks on all types of its devices. This allows the system to work with all types of equipment in compliance with the manufacturer's requirements regarding the warranty conditions.

The next stage of the project will be the introduction of the industrial Internet of Things in other workshops of NPP "Istok" for the complete digitalization of production. -- >
