Release of SCADA module

The sensors installed on the equipment are combined by a virtual network to build a centralized monitoring and management system of technological processes. Information from them is transmitted to the production control center. The equipment can independently exchange information to optimize system operation and ensure autonomy, including self-diagnostics and self-service. In addition, the system detects deviations from the execution of the control program in the event of manual impact on the equipment.

An integral part of the platform is the Data lake store, which collects unstructured information of any format from different sources. Big data collection and analysis allows you to identify trends in equipment load, determine the impact of indirect and long-term factors and adjust the production process.

The register of Russian software is a tool for supporting local software manufacturers. The inclusion of IIoT.ISTOK in the register will allow our software to gain priority in procurement tenders conducted by state customers and companies with state participation.
