2019: Automation of continuous production processes based on 1C:ERP

The management of the representative Ivaper of the Company Profile LLC group decided to automate the cost calculation and production processes. The company has already used software products such as MS Excel,,. 1C: Accounting 2.0 1C: Trade Management 10.3

During the project, the following tasks were successfully solved:

  • The NSI handbook has been revised and systematized in order to take into account the specifics of each type of products.
  • Accounting of finished products is organized in terms of storage units (implemented by the characteristics of the nomenclature).
  • The procedure for recording and calculating the output of defective products and raw materials has been changed.
  • The document "Transfer between shifts" has been developed, which is used at the enterprise to record production volumes on specific equipment.
  • Specialized reports have been created for the analysis data of production accounting, data on residues in the context of different units of measurement.
  • Work places of shift foreman and production workers have been developed.
  • Improved automatic creation of product movement documents when scanning the label barcode.
  • Synchronization between all accounting systems is configured.
  • Key users have been trained.

The experts Awara IT , together with the Ivaper team, conducted an audit, as business processes a result of which ineffective chains of actions of process participants were identified and changed. During the project, Awara IT provided methodological advice on complex issues of production accounting and cost calculation in:. 1CERP

During the project, the transition from version 2.0 "1C: Enterprise Accounting" to 3.0, from version 2.5 "1C: Payroll and HR Management" to version 3.1 was implemented. Automation has also identified bottlenecks in production business process chains and addressed them.

As a result of the implementation of the production accounting subsystem, the risk of human errors is minimized, which is the most important aspect of operational work. The management of the company receives objective information on the structure of costs for the production of finished products. The advent of tools for analyzing the resulting scrap eliminates inefficient production operations and significantly reduces the cost of the enterprise.
