2020: Development plans of the automated IT system

The Softtelematika company which is included into National Telematic Systems (NTS) concern will develop the Single Information Analytical System (SIAS) for Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare (Rospotrebnadzor). It became known on August 5, 2020.

A system will cover 60 thousand jobs, its technology architecture will include the centralized data warehouse (CDW), subsystems of collecting and data transmission (PSP), analytical data processing (PAD), providing data (PPD) and other elements.

Functionally developed system will consist of such key modules as "Laboratory providing", "Control and supervising activity", "Epidemiological surveillance and monitoring" in which it will arrive, be stored and quickly to be analyzed information on sanitary and epidemiologic country situation and different regions, on supervising actions and checks of legal entities, the given about consumer protection, scientific research.

For EAIS of Rospotrebnadzor the Softtelematika company develops platform IT solution on the basis of the open source where information will be processed using algorithms of artificial intelligence that will allow to make, for example, quickly a picture of these or those viral diseases and to predict epidemiological threats.

At the same time a system will become the convenient instrument of interaction Rospotrebnazor both with the companies and the organizations, and with ordinary citizens. The first, in particular, using a personal account on the website will be able to see information on scheduled inspections of department, the second will get a convenient information access about the goods and services checked and certified by Rospotrebnadzor.

Development and deployment of EAIS for Rospotrebnadzor is planned until the end of 2021.

Data processing in Rospotrebnadzor historically is based on different platforms that complicates processing of important information and decision making on its basis. A system will allow to unify and formalize these processes, importance of this work is especially high when this distribution including dangerous viral diseases requires instruments of processing, the analysis and forecasting.
