2020: Start of "Debex of Cash desk"

The Russian online auction for sale of "bad" debts of Debex announced on August 5, 2020 start of service "Cass's Debex" created for fast payment of overdue loans. A distinctive possibility of service - an opportunity to close the credit at any stage with discount from the initial size of a debt.

As it was reported, "the Cass's Debex" is provided both to a desktop, and in mobile version. Service aggregates special offers of collectors for owners of overdue loans and presents them in a discount type from amount of debt depending on repayment speed. For example, if the debt makes 100,000 rubles, then under the terms of an action at instant repayment the discount can be 50%. Later debtors will have an opportunity to repay the credit within 6 months. In this case the discount can make about 30% of a total debt. To use service and to pay the credit on special conditions, it is necessary to enter the full name and year of birth only. Further a system will find an action and will send the link to e-mail specified by the client. Service is safe for the debtor: it is not necessary to enter any optional data. After payment, the debt with the specified discount will be paid off by the creditor. If it does not occur, Debex will return money.

Annually about 5-7% of consumer loans pass into discharge of "bad" debts. Banks transmit such debts to the collection agencies which are engaged in collecting through court through certain time. Many collectors are ready to meet requirements of borrowers and to close a debt with some discount, however have no opportunity to report about it to the debtor. Therefore, debtors, as a rule, do not even suspect about an opportunity to close a debt with discount. We already agreed with a number of the collection agencies and collected their offers, in fact, having connected both parties of process within one platform. Until the end of 2020 about two tens collection agencies and also a number of the banks which are engaged in collecting independently will be connected to service. The base of offers will be daily replenished. If the client does not detect a special offer on the debt, he can subscribe for updates, or request special conditions from the collection agency. Specialists of Debex calculate that until the end of 2022 they will be able to use service to half a million people.

In 2019, according to data of the PKB, the total amount of the closed transactions on the "bad" credits in Russia was 414 billion rubles that is nearly 30% more, than in 2018.
