Rostrud creates the state competitor of Headhunter for 148 million rubles

At the beginning of August, 2020 it became known that Rostrud creates recruiting service using artificial intelligence and machine learning. In a solution basis which will offer applicants suitable vacancies and to employers — suitable candidates, will lay down all-Russian bases of vacancies "Work in Russia".

147.5 million rubles are selected for this project, Vedomosti with reference to documents which department directed in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications writes. Rostrud suggests to include this development in the passport of the federal project "Artificial intelligence".

For correct work of service the data array about the user behavior and results of search issue will be necessary, the head of the direction of data analysis of service for search says HeadHunter work Alexander Sidorov. The representative of Rostrud told that department already collects a feedback — on responses of applicants and invitations of employers, the facts of finding of work or selection of workers on the Work in Russia portal.

Rostrud develops recruiting service using AI

The marketing director of Kelly Services Zhanna Volkova positively estimated the idea of creation of recommendatory service based on the all-Russian platform, however said that the big user base — at least 15 million vacancies and 20 million applicants is necessary for its work.

The founder of software developer for Skillaz recruiting Andrey Krylov considers that in an initiative of Rostrud the most difficult consists not in creation of algorithms which already exist, and in reduction of the database of users in that type which this algorithm will be able to process.

Rustam Barnokhodzhayev, the expert of department of recruiting of Unity company, considers that the recommendatory system conceived by Rostrud can be effective only in the sector of local positions.[1]
