2020: Systematization of work with points of issue of orders based on Microsoft 365

Lamoda serves buyers in particular through points of issue of orders. For each of them, you need to monitor the expiration of the lease agreement, track KPIs, check employment contracts with responsible employees and work with other parameters.

When there were 5 such points of issue, Excel did an excellent job - five deposits and five points of issue. As of May 2020, there are more than 350 own points of issue in Russia (and together with partner points their number exceeds 17 thousand), which means only one thing - Excel cannot cope with so many points of issue for productive work. Difficulties arise with finding the current version of the document, the search is difficult.

Lamoda turned to Awara IT for recommendations on optimizing the process of working with data on points of issue of orders. The choice of the optimal solution took place in the hackathon format: the Awara IT team in the presence of the client studied and assessed the situation in just 30 minutes, after which, again in the presence of the client, offered a prototype solution.

A simple interface is offered for accessing information about each point of issue of orders. The list is flexibly sorted, filtered, easily configured, and changes parameters or characteristics. In fact, the solution works as an interactive and easily configurable database.

It is also important that the solution was developed as part of the subscriptions to Microsoft 365 already purchased by Lamoda.
