Before implementation, it was necessary to draw conclusions about the work of the enterprise on the basis of new data in tables every time. It was also important to promptly receive reports for previous and future periods on perfect facts and plans.

Awara IT implemented Power BI and configured the company's employee report. Many Excel tables served as the source of the report data and were systematized according to internal pre-described logic. The output to the user-friendly interface is also organized.

The report in Power BI made it possible to reduce the time for planning the loading of the company's production at times. It became possible to track each order and individual order item on the production path. The employee needs less time to monitor and schedule the progress of a particular component at each stage of production. This made it possible to predict the time of production of similar orders, to identify and eliminate production errors that slow down the process.
