2020: The announcement of DRX-Compass - the system of digital roentgenography for ambulance
At the beginning of August, 2020 Carestream Health released a new system for digital roentgenography under the name DRX-Compass. It is intended for hospitals of the average level and also the centers of emergency aid and orthopedic the practician. According to developers, a system offers flexible and scalable approach to creation of digital images, increasing efficiency of workflow and cutting down expenses.
Thanks to a set of additional functions and options the DRX-Compass system allows to upgrade the existing X-ray room and to overcome inevitable obsolescence of technologies. A system is designed to facilitate positioning of the patient, to reduce time of setup and to increase X-ray room performance. Automatic tracking and automatic centering allow to save time, and the additional oblique wall support expands the range of possible inspections.
The intuitive graphical user interface reduces time of training of technical specialists and provides safe fast login. The software of Carestream ImageView which uses technology of image processing Eclipse Imaging allows to conduct examination even small children, it is difficult to them to remain motionless for a long time. And thanks to a software platform of the enterprise will be able to purchase additional opportunities for the DRX-Compass systems as required.
