Leypuriyen Tukka passed to electronic way bills in interwarehouse transportations

On August 7, 2020 Synerdocs reported that the company Leypuriyen Tukka, the supplier of "tasty and useful solutions" for the baking and confectionery enterprises, organizations of the food industry, small business and a HoReCa segment refused paper way bills in deliveries between warehouses.

Leypuriyen Tukku LLC is the Finnish company distributor of food raw materials with the local production site. Its client network includes productions and marketplaces across Russia — from Kaliningrad to Khabarovsk.

The last years the supplier of "tasty solutions" pays special attention to document flow optimization. The task is relevant at least because payment of the rendered transport services depends on timely receiving the signed copies. Calculations happen in the company only according to originals, and many partner forwarding agents represent UPD, acts, invoices, forwarding receipts and powers of attorney via EDMSs. The way bill remained the only document which exchanged on paper.

First of all document flow in transportations between warehouses was automated — both a sender and the receiver in such movements is Leypuriyen Tukku LLC. Within transition to electronic way bills to the companies developed the scheme of interaction which defined a priority of signing of documents in a digital form.

Connection to exchange of the main partners — forwarding agents and warehouse service providers became the next stage. Having explained advantages of transition to ETRN, the company received a positive response from most of participants of exchange. For forwarding agents undoubted plus of electronic interaction is a saving of time, lack of errors at execution of delivery notes and timely return of documents to office.

The company also studied questions of the legal importance of digital document flow and practice of submission of the electronic way bill to tax authorities. According to explanations of FTS, ETRN without problems it is possible to unload from e-document flow service and to represent to FTS. The failure cases in documents acceptance made in electronic form were not recorded.

In plans of the company — to build e-document flow on all interwarehouse movements. These works are going to be completed until the end of summer of 2020 and to pass to exchange of electronic way bills with clients on delivery of raw materials.
