Russian television and broadcasting network (RTRS) (Qlik Sense)

Automated information system of personnel analytics of RTRS (Selection, arrangement and personnel management) is executed on the analytical Qlik platform and intended for reporting for HR department of the large organization. A system integrates personnel data, data on the serviced objects, technical resources, geographical data. Users of a system are the heads of the organization, heads of structural divisions, specialists who are carrying out work on preparation and acceptance of management decisions in the field of change of the target indicators connected with the personnel tasks affecting efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general.

The system of personnel analytics of RTRS is actively operated, meeting all modern requirements. In total in a System more than 30 different information screens are assembled, each of them contains the reports including visualization on holidays, salary accruals and allowances, experiences, a production calendar, the staff list, an organization structure and other objects of analytics.
