The project assumes creation of a special report type which would help to make the weighed decisions on crediting and also technical solution for data collection from the different accounting systems and Excel tables and their transformation.

Characteristics of the created system:

• For credit committee the developed system of charge of points to each of customers is the cornerstone of reports.
• A system automatically creates credit rating of the customer and recommends credit limits. Besides, the detailed consolidated information on each partner is available to managers and participants of credit committee. It helps to make decisions and to reason them. Hints — are available to users what they should look at before making the decision.
• The system of scoring is connected to all sources which may contain data on cooperation with partners. Such indicators as volume of joint activity, the history of payments, structure of purchases of the partner, receivables, overdue payments in the past, other indicators are considered.

Features of a system:

• A system allows to optimize the loan portfolio, to reduce the level of receivables and risks.
• New level of understanding of partners. Information available in the system of scoring allows to learn a lot of things about each partner.
• All requirements to information security accepted in Gazprom Neft group are executed. The separate system modules, for example, providing data exchange were developed specially.
• A system was created according to internal standards of Gazprom Neft group which are shown to development processes of applications, to documentation, to design.
