On this fact in April 2021, the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Ivanovo Region opened a criminal case under the article on abuse of power (part 3 of article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The Government of the Russian Federation allocated an additional 500 million rubles to complete the construction of the hospital, the current deadline for delivery is scheduled for December 31, 2021. The hospital consists of 20 buildings, the medical facility is designed for 360 beds in the basic configuration with the ability to deploy up to 790 beds in emergency cases.
