Citrix transfers possibilities of a firewall for web applications to a cloud. It became known on August 11, 2020.

Using Citrix Web App and API Protection service of IT service of any scale will be able to provide a comprehensive protection from cyber attacks and to implement the approved security level in multicloud environments. Service is constructed on the basis of Citrix Web App Firewall and complemented with protection against space DDoS attacks and functions of machine learning. It allows IT services:

• define for specific applications and API methods of protection against the attacks, both vulnerabilities of zero day, and entered the top ten of community OWASP;
• use one of world networks of cleaning of traffic for protection of applications against massive DDoS attacks;
• reduce quantity of errors of configuring of security systems and simplify the overview and management in multicloud environments;
