2020: StegMark system presentation

On August 12, 2020 CorpSoft24 company submitted the StegMark system. The technology of the hidden marking of documents developed by specialists of CorpSoft24 allows to define which of the staff of the company became a source of leak of corporate information.

Development process of the solution borrowed specialists of 6 months.

A system received the name StegMark, it is built in electronic document management and imperceptibly the scan copy of the confidential document modifies everyone, changing intervals between letters, words and lines of the text in such a way that a human eye cannot see distinctions.

Due to use of an artificial neural network a system will recognize and reads the text in the scan of the document, and then changes it, understanding contents.

In case of illegal "release" of the confidential document out of limits of the company, the file which visited hands of the third parties it is scanned by a system and it becomes known which of employees downloaded this document from electronic archive, - Mikhail Papura, the deputy CEO of CorpSoft24 tells

According to Searchinform, 66% of the Russian companies faced date leak. Their quantity especially increased in connection with forced transition to remote work.

According to developers, the principles of a program runtime of StegMark exclude wrong interpretation of an incident and nullify attempts of a bypass of a system: files are modified in the way, unique for each employee, at the moment when the user of an electronic document management system opens the file "on reading" from electronic archive.

As a result the company saves time and money, having an opportunity to precisely define which of employees became the reason of illegal dissemination of information.
