On August 12, 2020 Tinkoff Bank announced that the acquiring service Tinkoff Oplata became Internet ekvayerom for Eapteki.

Thanks to Tinkoff Oplata service, Eapteki's clients in the market began to pay with some of the first OTC medicines in a personal account on the website and in mobile application. Eapteki's range includes more than 50,000 positions, including 45,000 goods which are on sale without recipe. Buyers can pay orders in one click using the Apple Pay or using FaceID. Now clients from Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and Tver can pay pharmaceutical goods online, in the near future this opportunity will appear at residents of other cities of Russia in whom the company works.

In April, 2020 the law which permits pharmacy chains to sell remotely the drugs which are released without recipe took effect.
