On August 13, 2020 Sberbank announced start of the News Monitoring service founded on technology of neural networks and intended for corporate clients of bank.
News monitoring analyzes information on more than 200 thousand Russian legal entities from different open sources.
Also service analyzes the foreign sources of information received from foreign online media as the functionality of service allows to translate news from many languages of the world.
The News Monitoring service will be extremely useful to the companies of large and medium business which work with wide network of partners.
Service will help them to define timely reliability of partners and the business risks on the basis of information analysis, received about the partner using functionality of service. Selection criteria of results — more than 50 key events around which search issue is based: change of total revenue of the partner, quotations, placement of bonds, dividend payout, conclusion of large contracts, etc.
At the same time the selection does not join the materials connected with PR-activity of the company and comments of her representatives. Thus, service provides only significant business information on partners of the client of Sberbank and differs in it from other news aggregators and monitoring systems of the media built without use of technologies of neural networks.
Service is implemented using application of cloud computing, all functionality is implemented by means of the appeal to a cloud platform of Sberbank – SberCloud.
In the account of the client of Sberbank the list of the companies analyzed in service is highlighted by indicators of different color: thus, the tonality of the news background created around the partner is automatically determined. At hit of the partner in "a red zone" the customer can see what news served as a disturbing signal.
The first contract for acquisition of News Monitoring service was signed by Sberbank with PJSC Moscow Exchange.
