2017: Automation of calculation and payment of remunerations to employees

Project Task:

Creation in Alfa-Bank of a single centralized system on the server of SAP HR base which will provide automation of calculation and payment of remunerations to the staff of networks of sales of Retail Business. It was necessary to provide use of the current landscape of bank, without the need for investments into the equipment.

In the course of accomplishment of a project task the command achieved also following objectives:

• Ensuring transparency of settlement process of remunerations;
• Reduction of labor costs on calculation of remunerations;
• Information support of sales (regarding the reporting prepared based on standard data of SF2Go).

In the project SOFTWARE ConVista SF2Go which underwent necessary certification from outside SAP SE for use as an add-on on servers SAP NetWeaver and also own methodology of an implementation team including elements was used SCRUM.

The project duration of automation of calculation and payment of remunerations was 6 months.
