"1C: Multibukh" – service of 1C Company which is intended to increase efficiency and convenience of work of the accountants or the companies keeping at the same time the account/reporting of several legal entities and/or SP in a cloud service "1C: Juice".

Beginning of sales "1C: Multibukh" in service "1C: Juice"

On November 5, 2020 1C Company announced that since November 12 sales of the application "1C start: Multibukh" in service "1C:Enterprise 8 via the Internet" ("1C: Juice").

Since August 12 service "1C: Multibukh" worked in the free pilot mode that allowed to estimate interest of users, to consider a number of wishes of pilots.

In general "1C: Multibukh" allows accountants to manage accomplishment of regular tasks of several taxpayers (the organizations and SP) "one button":

• Recognition of documents and their autodistribution by bases of the organizations;
• Automatic closing of month;
• Automatic formation of declarations;
• Control of submission of reports;
• Requirements of regulatory authorities;
• The centralized audit;
• Automatic closing of the period for editing.

Thus "1C: Multibukh" allows not only to accelerate work of accountants, but also to avoid errors at accomplishment of routine transactions.

Since November 12, 2020 the following paid rates are entered:

• Multibukh Nulevka for 50 rubles a month for 1 TIN. At which for the organizations to 3 economic transactions a month, services "Recognition of Documents" and the Centralized audit will not be available.
• "Multibukh the Standard" for 300 rubles a month for 1 TIN. Includes all services "1C: Multibukh".
• Upon purchase of the Multibukh Standartny rate for 24 months the price is 200 rubles a month for 1 TIN.

Use service "1C: Multibukh" only users of the 1C: Accounting program in a cloud service "1C can: Juice" (1Cfresh.com). The user needs to have a rate "1C: Juice", the including 1C: Accounting on the necessary number of users and bases, "1C: Multibukh" is an addition to it.

For connection to the application "1C: Multibukh" it is necessary to address the servicing partner "1C: Juice" or to the partner at whom the 1C: Accounting program and the agreement 1C:ITS was purchased (at first it will be necessary to pass from a box into a cloud "1C: Juice"). For users of 1C: Accounting in "1C: Juice" is provided the free test rate "Test Multibukh" for 90 days.

The new users who were earlier not working with the 1C: Accounting program can independently be registered on the website mb.1cfresh.com and at once begin to work for free 90 days on the Multibukh Promo rate (includes and "1C: Multibukh" and 1C: Accounting to start work in service "1C: Juice"), at the same time will be automatically picked up the servicing partner of 1C who will independently contact the new user.

Why it is necessary "to 1C: Multibukh"?

Many accountants keep account of several enterprises and/or SP. It can be the enterprises of one group, either combining jobs of the accountant, or accounting outsourcing. The order of accounting regulates the state and actually the accountant executes to certain terms, with a certain frequency identical tasks of each taxpayer:

• data entry in 1C base,
• procedural and settlement procedures in 1C base,
• calculation of the amount of tax,
• accounting quality control,
• report generation,
• delivery of reports,
• control of the fact of delivery,
• problem solving if the report "did not pass",

Function of recognition "is tied" convenient for the accountant at which the enterprises/SP, functionality is a lot of. This automatic distribution of scans and a photo of documents of enterprises/SP between bases, further recognition and informing in the application "1C: Multibukh" that it is necessary to accept result of recognition, to create the document in 1C.

Automatic closing of month

This accomplishment of procedural transactions in accounting: balancing of accounts, charge of amortization, etc. Also this service executes recovery of the sequence of documents, executes expanded express check of accounting.

Based on work of service the report with information on results of closing of month automatically forms: yes/no errors, etc. I.e. in addition to already described benefits in saving of time for accomplishment of routine transactions, the user obtains information on result with the specific description of errors, therefore the accountant can focus attention on problem bases at once.

Service according to the schedule automatically executes the following transactions in accounting applications (areas of data = bases 1C) in a cloud of 1C: Juice:

• input in accounting base
• recovery of the sequence of documents in accounting base
• accomplishment of the standard procedure "Closing of Month" – automatic formation of entries in accounting registers BU and NU of settlement character (depreciation, * write-off of deferred expenses, distribution of indirect expenses, etc.)
• expanded express check of accounting in base of enterprise/SP
• preparation of base for check by the chief accountant. In the automatic mode regular procedures which are necessary before check of base and calculation of taxes are performed.

Automatic formation of declarations

Service according to the schedule automatically executes the following transactions in accounting bases:
