2020: Transition to electronic document management
On August 17, 2020 SKB Kontur Group announced that the Krasnoyarsk reference center of Rosselkhoznadzor passed to electronic document management. Integrated the solution for 1C SKB Kontur — the entrusted operator of e-document flow. Will exchange electronic documents refcentre in the Kontur.Diadok system.
The Krasnoyarsk reference center of Rosselkhoznadzor sends the closing documents on laboratory and phytosanitary researches on all Russia. His customers — the large companies with branches in many regions. For example, group of companies "OK", network of hypermarkets "Tape", "Trading house Commodore". Transition to electronic document management (e-document flow) allowed to cut down expenses on delivery of documents, to strengthen control of their signing and to guarantee transparency of office-work.
Integrated the module allowing to exchange electronic documents from 1C into the accounting system of a refcentre. The decision on integration was made with the purpose to optimize an expense of budgetary funds.
With e-document flow system module in 1C documents are processed automatically. It increases efficiency of employees: they conduct document flow directly from the accounting system, without switching between tabs. Creation of the new document takes couple of seconds, data are automatically substituted from one system in another. Such complex of advantages of e-document flow allows employees to be in time more with smaller labor costs, - Svetlana Franck the director of the Krasnoyarsk reference center of Rosselkhoznadzor told. |
As at the time of implementation of the module of 70% of partners of organization already worked on e-document flow through Circuit, the decision to start electronic document management through "Diadoc" was made. With implementation of the module for 1C to employees there was well mass signing of documents and also loading and sending the files created not in 1C. Also the module simplified approval and gave the chance to create on the basis of electronic documents in "Diadoc" documents in 1C, - Lidiya Uryvskaya, the commercial director of the e-document flow direction in Circuit noted. |
