Education

1993: DVVU IV and AF

In 1993. The Donetsk highest military college of engineering troops and troops of communication (to disbandment in 1995), the social psychologist-teacher, as social and psychological troops of communication.

2007: ANH at the Government of the Russian Federation

In 2007 completed a training course on management of the innovation focused organization at Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)).

In 1989 - 1999 - served in Armed forces.

In 2005 - 2015 - worked in PJSC CB Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development:

• from April 2, 2012 to October 14, 2015 - the project manager of regional development.

In 2015 - 2016 - the anti-recessionary managing director of Department of restructuring of financial institutions of Deposit Insurance Agency State Corporation.

2016: Chairman of the board higher education institution bank

Since February 11, 2016 it is approved by Board of Directors of JSC Higher education Institution-bank as the Chairman of the board.
