In Voronezh started the system of video monitoring on public transport, ABIREG.RU reports in August, 2020.

The ATP-1 LLC enterprise purchased complexes of video surveillance of a monitoring system "Safe public transport". The solution will allow not only to ensure safety of transportations, but also to conduct collecting and data analysis. On the basis of the acquired information it is possible to adjust the schedule of the movement of buses.

The motor transportation enterprise bought two types of complexes. The first type – more easy-to-work complex consisting of four cameras. The second type – more difficult in the technical plan, consisting of six surveillance cameras with function of accounting of a passenger traffic, the microphone and sound recording. Records from cameras will be able to be stored on the server within a month. Besides, video broadcasting is possible in the online viewing mode.

Tests of a system will be passed in the coming month then all vehicle fleet will be equipped with that type of the equipment which will prove to be best of all within operation. Since the beginning of action of the program of updating 40 buses are equipped already.
