On August 18, 2020 it became known that Myasnitsky row implemented the smart washstand. It will recognize persons and checks quality of washing of hands.

The meat processing plant began to use technology "Direktiva: Sanitation" which is based on algorithms of video analytics and artificial intelligence. According to developers, the smart washstand will unmistakably recognize persons and actions of employees, monitors soap use, quality of washing of hands (proceeding from WHO recommendations) and existence of individual protection equipment and also gives video hints how to make process the most effective. If at least one of rules is violated, she prohibits the employee to pass to the work area.

Use of the smart washstand became one of additional measures of hygiene and security which were taken by Myasnitsky row on production in the conditions of COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. Also each production premises are twice a day processed by disinfectants. Then are washed with pure water. The quality of processing is controlled by means of indicators, portable lumenmeters and laboratory researches.

Workshops and lines are disinfected by means of technology of "cold fog". Installation generates a cloud with special structure which is evenly distributed on all surfaces. Microdrops methods to get and disinfect even the most hard-to-reach spots. Daily, before the working day, temperature is taken the staff of the company by contactless thermometers and their state of health is controlled, reported in the company.
