2020: Start of the instrument of speech recognition of the manager

Calltouch, service of end-to-end analytics, call tracking and management of advertizing, announced on August 17, 2020 start of the tool on the basis of artificial intelligence — speech recognition of the manager.

The technology recognizes the employee by a voice and other parameters of a sound. The tool is integrated into the system of call tracking and will be useful in sales department and also during the work with external or internal call center.

As you know, activity of sales-managers directly affects business performance and marketing therefore it is important to heads to know how "sales managers" cope with the arriving requests. The tool automatically determines which of managers communicated with the client, and allows to estimate efficiency of the employee (conversion at further funnels of sales). Besides, now it became possible to build separate reports on employees. The technology helps to reveal errors in communication with the client, to correct answers to popular questions and, thereby, to increase sales volume.
