2020: Start of a Single state electronic system in the field of construction in Ukraine

At the end of July, 2020 in Ukraine started a Single state electronic system in the field of construction. A month later 225 users were connected to it, and the number of the documents loaded there was nearly 10 thousand. New GIS provides implementation of the following tasks:

• implementation of the new modern and safe construction register and public portal with full access to all data, including on the card;
• providing the automated services that completely levels any corruption risks;
• creation and maintaining all documents electronically at once in a system (town-planning conditions, the construction passport).

The register of construction activity provides creation, collecting, accumulation, processing, protection, accounting of information on objects and participants of construction and communication between them. An electronic system performs automatic registration and entering of the corresponding data (data) into the Register of construction activity.

In Ukraine start of uniform GIS in the field of construction took place

The portal of the state electronic system in the field of construction will provide open access to data of the new Register of construction activity and also the relevant statistics of rather provided services updated in real time, online consultation via the chat-bot and the calculator for class definition of effects of buildings. Information on the portal of an Electronic system takes place without the need for adoption of any administrative acts or solutions of officials.

Access for customers to results of the administrative services provided using an electronic system is performed through an electronic office of the user of the Uniform state web portal of the electronic services "Дія".

The minister of digital transformation Mikhail Fedorov noted on the page on Facebook that more than 60 thousand people, including architects, the certified persons, local government authorities and others who will have access only by the electronic signature will connect to a system.^[1]
