Rosneft Stavropol Territory automates document flow

Rosneft Stavropol Territory implements the project of workflow automation based on the system Case developed by Electronic Office Systems company. The project is kept by Business of IT company (Stavropol).

Core activities of Rosneft company are exploration and production of oil and gas, production of oil products and products of petrochemistry and also is sold the made products. Rosneft Stavropol Territory is engaged in wholesale and retail sale of oil products.

In the company refer increase in volumes of traditional document flow, inconvenience of work with magazines of document registration in paper form, need of ensuring accurate control of execution of instructions, resolutions to the workflow automation system implementation reasons.

On the basis of market research of electronic document management systems EDMS Case which, according to the customer, most corresponds to requirements of the company was selected. The project started in December, 2008. Since the beginning of 2009 a system is brought into operation. 48 jobs are automated.

The implemented system allowed to provide the uniform scheme of document flow; organize automatic registration of the entering, outgoing and administrative documentation; automate control of execution of documents and directory work on documents; optimize search and document storage; increase labor productivity of office work personnel; reduce labor and time expenditure during the work with documents.
