2017: Complex business process automation of 10 branches "power TNS" based on "Stek-Energo"
The "power TNS" group implemented the project on implementation of a single system of billing of "Stek-Energo" in all regions of presence of the company:

Project Objectives:
- Increase in efficiency of power sales activity, including achievement of the maximum level of collecting of payments.
- Reducing costs of the company for work with consumers due to use of modern services of service.
- Increase in consumer loyalty of services due to acceleration of processing of addresses, applications of modern means of communications.
- Full automation of settlings with consumers on the unified algorithms and techniques within the current legislation.
- Reduction of total cost of ownership software.
According to the results of implementation and operation of the Stek-Energo PC it was succeeded to achieve the following results:
- Providing a common information space in all branches "power TNS".
- Unification and transparency of algorithms of calculation at service of physical persons and legal entities.
- Full automation of settlings with consumers, exception of manual transactions.
- Increase in the service level of clients due to implementation of instruments of self-service of subscribers: A personal account, internet- acquiring SMS- mailings, etc.
- Considerable decrease in receivables due to automation of process on work with debtors.
- Reducing costs for service of an information system.
- Increase in control of process of settlings with subscribers for the consumed electric power.
- Formation of summary reports on all structural departments of the enterprise.
