2016: Transition to a billing system based on "Stek-Energo"

In 2015 JSC Yantaryenergosbyt within strategy for failure from outdated and diverse software products and centralization of a system enterprise architecture performed transition to a new billing system – the software package "Stek-Energo". The project on implementation and further maintenance was implemented by the system developer - the company "Flew down" from Yaroslavl.

Tasks which should be solved during the project:

• implementation of full-function automated management of sales activity and settlings with citizens – consumers and consumers – legal entities;
• unification of business processes of conducting sales activity of Yantaryenergosbyt;
• increase in efficiency of receiving and analysis of indicators of sales activity;
• increase in collecting of money;
• customer service quality improvement;
• simplification of implementation of the main business processes of sales activity;
• increase in quantity and volumes of the automated business processes.

Based on the Stek-Energo complex in Yantaryenergosbyt the following programs and services were implemented:

• A personal account of subscribers – individuals
• A personal account of subscribers – legal entities
• A personal account in the management/resource supplying company
• Stek-Integration: GIS of housing and public utilities
• Stek-Integration: Online cash desk
• Metering devices: The automated data collection

The implemented system of billing allowed to centralize the database of legal entities and physical persons in one taken database. At any moment users of a system have a relevant cut of information.

Physical persons and legal entities can transfer indications of metering devices in a personal account, find information on debt and pay the consumed electric power at any time.

Much attention is paid to information security. All processes between the client and servers containing confidential information use the encoded protocols of communication. Thus, information retrieval, containing a trade secret, is excluded.
