The Ministry of Economics creates the IT system for federal target programs

At the end of August, 2020 it became known that the Ministry of Economic Development creates the IT system for federal target programs (FPTs) and will spend for it 506 million rubles. Department attracted federal state budgetary Institution Scientific Research Institute Voskhod to project implementation.

This company as Kommersant with reference to the website of state procurements writes, completed order taking for execution of works on development of parts of the single integrated information system of expenses of investment character (EIIS RIH). The starting prices of two contracts are estimated in total at  307.2 million rubles, for  142 million rubles the Itargo company was recognized the winner of one of them. It, judging by its website, developed an electronic document management system for the government of Tajikistan.

The Ministry of Economics creates the IT system for federal target programs

EIIS RIH is intended to accelerate execution of the federal target programs (FTP) and the Federal Targeted Investment Program (FTIP) and also to help with their control.  It is supposed that a system will become a uniform site for work with investment projects.

Federal target programs represent the complex of the research, developmental, production, social and economic, organizational and economic and other actions providing effective solution of system problems in the field of the state, economic, ecological, social and cultural development of the Russian Federation coordinated on tasks, resources and terms of implementation and also the innovative development of economy. FTP are considered as one of key mechanisms of the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of structural, scientific and technical and innovation policy, active impact on its social and economic development.

The Ministry of Economics is going to create the IT system for control of accomplishment of the FTP until the end of 2021.^[1]
