In Perm will construct infectious diseases hospital for 7 billion rubles

At the end of August, 2020 it became known that in Perm will construct infectious diseases hospital for 7 billion rubles. The Ministry of Economic Development of Perm Krai as the investor for the project selected Medinvestgroup group.

As told Kommersant in the press service of regional Ministry of Economics, a new complex of infectious diseases hospital it is going to construct using the mechanism of public-private partnership, namely the contract of lifecycle. Under the terms of the agreement, the investor will be engaged in design, construction and the subsequent maintenance of an object.

Thus, for the edge budget the serious financial delay of investments is provided in the project — explained in department.

In Perm the infectious diseases hospital for 7 billion rubles will appear

Initially the cost of construction of infectious diseases hospital in administration of Perm Krai was estimated at 5 billion rubles. Funds were going to be allocated from the edge budget and to spend them for announcement of three body with a total area of 35-40 thousand sq.m.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development of Prikamye, for construction of hospital by the end of August, 2020 several land plots are considered. As Kommersant knew, the edge authorities study a possibility of placement of a new complex of infectious diseases hospital in the Industrial area, on Sviyazev Street, near the AIDS center. About it the edition was told several sources familiar with preparation of the project. According to one of interlocutors, on section in Kirovsky district (Kalinin St., 84a) where it was going to place hospital, construction of a certain "cultural and recreational cluster" with amusement park is supposed.

By the end of August the complex of buildings of the Perm clinical infectious diseases hospital No. 1 is located in the center of Perm, in the quarter of 2.7 hectares limited to streets of Revolution, Pushkin and Kuibyshev.^[1]
