2020: Construction of the center of rehabilitation for 2.2 billion rubles
At the end of August, 2020 the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the resolution on selection of 2.2 billion rubles on construction of a rehabilitation complex at the federal center of cardiovascular surgery in Astrakhan. The relevant document was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Government of the Russian Federation decides: perform in 2020-2023 the budget investments within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget in design, construction and reconstruction of an object of capital construction "A medical and rehabilitation complex" of federal state budgetary institution "Federal Center of Cardiovascular Surgery" Ministries of Health of the Russian Federation, the document says. |
According to TASS with reference to the government decree, the allocated funds will be allocated for design and construction of two body with a total area more than 18 thousand sq.m. New organization will be able to accept up to 60 people at the same time, both adult patients, and children will be serviced there. Completely it is going to implement the project and to put medical institution into operation by 2024.
In the explanatory note to the document it is reported that the new rehabilitation complex should improve quality of rehabilitation of patients who underwent a heart operation, and will help them to return to a usual way of life rather.
Will supervise construction Directorate of the uniform customer builder which shortly should turn into maintaining the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation.
The Astrakhan Federal center of cardiovascular surgery is constructed in 2009 during implementation of the priority health national project and according to the program of construction of network of the centers of high medical technologies. Annually treatment in the center there undergo about 7 thousand patients.[1]
