2020: Creation of the single database of haulers with state rating

At the end of August, 2020 it became known that the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation creates the single database of haulers with state rating. The main evaluation criteria will become reliability of driver's structure and ensuring technical operability of vehicles.

According to will allow users to select Izvestia, rating fair carrier without concerns for quality of provided services will also motivate carriers to support the high level service. The press service of Ministry of Transport added that the rating will not become a certain toughening, on the contrary many checks will pass into more convenient format.

Chairman of labor union of workers of the motor transport and road economy of the Moscow region Liudmila Emelianenko, in the queue, considers that Ministry of Transport needs to analyze work owners of the passenger enterprises, because often companies people who know nothing about transport security manage, to labor protection in the industry and regulations of implementation of transportations.^[1]
