In Russia the digital solution for automation of sales of fuel to corporate transport without prepayment on 5000 gas stations is developed. The BSK group reported about it on November 2, 2020.

In Russia the entrepreneurs having corporate transport will be able to pay fuel for vehicle fleet from the smartphone through mobile application and the business card tied to it issued to the bank account of the organization. Service "BENZUBER for Business", Sferabank (entering into the BKS financial group) and Visa created joint digital the product for small and medium business allowing to save on fuel due to reduction of bank transactions and the number of cards and accounts which needed to be conducted for each car earlier. BKS Bank started a digital alternative to fuel cards

The digital bank for entrepreneurs Sphere (works according to the license BKS of Bank) started in August, 2020 service - the digital fuel account. With its help employees will be able quicker to refuel, than with fuel cards, besides the service helps to save up to 20% on gas stations.

The account is opened in mobile application, in the same place there is a payment - money is credited to the account and transferred to fuel company instantly, the driver does not need to wait in queue at gas station. Service allows to save till 4 o'clock in a month of working time of each driver.

The closing documents and all expense information are also stored in the application. In a personal account it is possible to analyze expenses of each driver, to expose on them limits and to compensate the VAT.

"The pandemic (COVID-19) made corrections to all business directions connected with transportations - supply chains changed, load of the logistic centers increased. In such conditions it would be less desirable for entrepreneurs to spend time for paperwork. The sphere transferred all processes connected with providing with fuel to online, got rid of cards and paper checks that entrepreneurs could spend the saved time with advantage for business", - the chief executive of Sphere Igor Viryasov commented.

Service is integrated with EDMSs, process of signing of documents, obtaining acts and UPD is completely automated.

The service is free and enters a standard packet of service of Sphere the Fuel account is insured by DIA (Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA)) for the amount to 1.4 million rubles, irrespective of pattern of ownership - SP or Ltd company.
