In Tver will construct the center of nuclear medicine for 250 million rubles

2020: Glavgosekspertiza of Russia issued the permission for construction of the center of nuclear medicine

At the end of August, 2020 the International institute of the biological systems of Sergey Berezin (MIBS) got the permission for construction of the center of nuclear medicine from Glavgosekspertiza. Investments into the project are estimated at 200-250 million rubles.

The center of nuclear medicine will be placed in one of the body of the Tver clinical hospital No. 7. After reconstruction in the one-storey body of 1958 of construction will place the medical center where will accept patients and also to render them the medical and diagnostic help. The hospital in new organization will not be, and the total area of reconstruction will be 560.6 square meters.

Glavgosekspertiza of the Russian Federation issued the permission for construction of the center of nuclear medicine

As told the Vademecum edition in MIBS, will render medical aid in the center for compulsory health insurance. In diagnostic department of the center the positron emission tomography (PET) will be carried out, offices for performing ultrasonography and MRT also here will be located. There will be also administration, auxiliary, household and technical rooms.

By the end of August, 2020 of MIBS integrates about 100 diagnostic centers in Russia, Ukraine and Armenia, two centers of nuclear medicine with own production of radiopharmaceuticals, oncological clinic and the center of proton therapy.

The new center in Tver builds Medical institute of Sergey Berezin on the means. At the end of August, 2020 in Altai Krai the start is given to work of the region's first Center of nuclear medicine which constructed Medical institute of Berezin Sergey too. The PET-center will provide to inhabitants of the region access to hi-tech diagnostics.^[1]

2007: Agreement on creation of the center

In 2007 the governor of the Tver region Igor Rudenya and the chairman of the board of the International institute of the biological systems of Sergey Berezin (MIBS) Arkady Stolpner signed the agreement on construction of the center of nuclear medicine. In 2008 the company started project implementation, however works were frozen because of execution of documents of title.
