2020: Automation of exchange of reporting documents

On August 31, 2020 X5 Retail Group, the multiformat retail company in Russia, announced implementing solution on automation of exchange of reporting documents. The project is implemented within the large-scale program of the company for increase in efficiency of electronic document management and digitalization. As vendor of technology the NPO Ffincher acted.

The solution is implemented on the Kontur.Diadok platform and allows to exchange the obligatory reporting in the form of universal transfer documents and also different internal data in an unformalized format. As a result of implementation of the project terms of closing of receivables were reduced by 21 days. This project allowed to compensate the VAT in reporting period and also to minimize risk of loss of documents.

This solution allowed both companies to optimize processes of approval and reconciliation of the rendered volumes of services in all territory of joint interaction that will allow to reduce costs for paper document flow and more effectively to redistribute working time of the employees participating in process.

Transition to electronic document management allowed to optimize time of employees and to redirect it from processing of paper on more priority tasks. In addition, transition to e-document flow allowed to optimize terms on closing of receivables.

Ffincher renders more than three years to NPO services of collection, recalculation and transfer of revenue of shops of retail chain stores of X5 Retail Group in several federal districts of the Russian Federation. Workflow automation became an important stage of increase in efficiency of joint work.
