The M Bulak microfinancial company which specializes in providing credit products for citizens of Uzbekistan of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia working at the territory of the Russian Federation improved customer service using the Russian developer Smart Engines. Announced this Smart Engines on September 2, 2020.
Recognition of documents on the basis of computer vision considerably simplifies work of operators at offices. The technology of automatic recognition is also available also in mobile application of M of Bulak. From the user no special skills of work are required, the technology automatically determines document type, its borders and fields. In mobile application of M of Bulak also well automatic recognition of different types of bank cards for quicker and safe entry of details at making payments.
Experience of our work with Smart Engines confirms advantages of technologies over outdated methods of work. Two years we saved a possibility of manual entry of data, but now completely switched over to the automated mode.
