CTI implemented service "IoT on a subscription" for the international company Siemens Healthineers in Russia and Central Asia.

The developed CTI system controls parameters of premises in which the expensive equipment for performing magnetic resonance therapy is operated: humidity, temperature, quality of the electric power and other. Data on monitoring in real time are transferred to Customer support center of Customer service Siemens Healthineers. As a result of system implementation remotely and timely premises to emergency situations and decrease in efficiency in operation of the medical equipment come to light, the continuity of process of customer service is provided at the expense of what increases their loyalty.
