Since the beginning of 2020 in Altai Republic more than 100 telemedicine consultations are held

2020: Use of Pipe Metallurgic Company based on "N3. Telemedicine"

On September 7, 2020 it became known that in medical institutions of Altai Republic within the national Health care project the system of telemedicine consultations (Pipe Metallurgic Company) created on the basis of the solution "by N3 is actively used . Telemedicine", joint development of Netrika company and Vega Concern (enters into Ruselectronics holding of State Corporation Rostec). Since the beginning of 2020 more than 100 consultations are held.

Advantages of telemedicine were already estimated by employees and patients of district hospitals. So, in Shebalinsky hospital consultation with the manager of department of traumatology of Republican hospital Vasily Zakharov on which discussed the anamnesis and results of laboratory researches of the patient with a hip neck fracture was held. And in Turochaksky hospital Pipe Metallurgic Company took place with the cardiologist managing cardiological department of Republican hospital Galina Sanabasova during whom the doctor, having studied the directed documentation, provided practical advice in further treatment of the patient.

The system of telemedicine simplifies obtaining process 'the second opinion' and allows to provide specialized medical care to the patient in the place of its stay. The solution is already applied in traumatology and cardiology. We are going to connect to telemedicine and other directions, including assistance to oncological patients, expectant mothers — Ayana Chaptynova, the associate director on informatization tells MIAC of Altai Republic.

The solution implemented in Altai Republic comprises three subsystems: telemedicine portal, management of flows of telemedicine consultations and management subsystem normative and help information (NSI). A system allows to create requests for consultations, to exchange text messages and in a video chat, to keep the schedule and time management of the doctors involved in telemedicine consultations. According to the results of consultation the conclusion from electronic signature the doctor is created.

Telemedicine is especially demanded in regions with difficult transport availability, big remoteness of medical institutions — such as Altai Republic. During a pandemic telemedicine helps to support those patients to whom medical care should be provided instantly — the deputy head of sales and development of the Health care direction of Netrika Group Andrey Dyukov notes. — Our solution differs in what is harmoniously integrated into a uniform circuit of health care with other solutions: together with the request for consultation the doctor receives the clinical record of the patient, results of laboratory and instrumental researches — due to integration we provide all information necessary for the doctor.

One of key features of our solution — integration in already existing medical systems and flexibility of setup under specific objectives of the customer. The product is actively used in a number of Russian regions by both small clinics, and regional health care systems — the associate director on Research and Development of Vega Concern in St. Petersburg Andrey Slesarev comments on news.

In a system analytical opportunities are also implemented. Governing bodies of health care have an opportunity to analyze dynamics of involvement in service of the medical organizations and workers, distribution of requests by the medical organizations, an adherence to deadlines of rendering consultations and other statistical parameters.
