In the first five-floor apartment house under the name Montreal Commons 39 apartments and cafe will be located. The environmentally friendly house uses solar panels on a roof and local accumulators which can be replenished due to the energy received from renewable sources by Change Energy company. These charges are intended for service of common parts of buildings and usually cover building insurance. The director of the company of OP Properties Luke Parker reported that the builder will undertake all expenses on installation of a solar system on a roof.
