2020: Implementation "Neuroniq warehouse"
September 7, 2020 Technologies of the Future announced project implementation on system implementation of NEURONIQ of SKLAD on weight points of PJSC Kuybyshevazot (Togliatti).
Kuybyshevazot - one of the Russian chemical companies, producers of nitrogen fertilizers. Capacity of the territory of the plant for September, 2020 makes up to 200 machines a day. Before project implementation flow control of vehicles was exercised in the "manual" mode on what the staff of the enterprise had to spend a part of the working time.
Implementation of an intelligent system of NEURONIQ of SKLAD allows:
- automate process of registration of the coming cars and informing drivers on an entrance priority on the plant territory;
- reduce influence of a human factor and by that to reduce waiting time and motor transport delays by entrance;
- increase capacity of weight points;
- reduce the amount of time spent by employees of a warehouse for communications with drivers;
- in a foreground mode to control load of weight points and to create analytical reports.
Is a part of a hardware and software system: the software exercising control of traffic flow, the touch terminal (in street execution) for registration in queues, an information display for a following call in the queues and LED boards located over each gate. For operational informing drivers on the invitation to weight point the SMS notification is in addition provided.
Integration of NEURONIQ of SKLAD with the WMS system Kuybyshevazot simplifies to the coming drivers process of registration in queue: the "vehicle number" and "phone" fields are autocompleted when choosing the Full Name of the client from the list of relevant requests. Besides, due to integration with an information system of the customer the possibility of entrance on the territory of the plant of the car without in advance submitted application is excluded.
Similar solutions can be applied at different manufacturing enterprises, in warehouses and in distribution centers. At the same time the functionality of a complex also has an opportunity to automate and trace routes of movement of motor transport on a warehouse, to inform drivers on a way of the movement, to set time limits on each stage of loading/unloading. The management system for transport logistics of a warehouse helps to optimize interaction of managers and drivers, to improve service qualities, to reduce idle times of motor transport and to increase business performance.
