Instant Business Network is the web focused system of the organization of joint work and project management developed by the Russian company Mediachase since 2001.

About the Solution

The solution is focused on the companies representing small and medium business which it is necessary to organize a unified environment of interaction of employees and management of workflows. Instant Business Network (IBN) provides such environment and allows to organize effective joint work at the expense of complex tool kit of task management and projects, the convenient organization of information and access to it, control facilities of execution of tasks and the analysis of the performed work, abilities to integrate with MS Office and MS Project, means of processing of client requests and the Help Desk organization, the CRM elements and powerful tools of the reporting.

Standard tasks
