On September 9, 2020 the development director of TrueConf Dmitry Odintsov said that SpaceX bought the software for carrying out video conferences developed by their company. He also noted that Elon Musk's company is one of large foreign customers of TrueConf.

SpaceX uses the solution TrueConf for, for example, creation, it is an interesting case, remote broadcastings too. So the speaker stays at home somewhere or in corporate studio of video conference, and all this gets to studio of broadcasting SpaceX for carrying out the airs — Odintsov told[1].

After the performance in a conversation with the correspondent of TAdviser who was also present at an action, Dmitry Odintsov referred to "video to YouTube where they describe" the solution TrueConf. Also he specified that the solution was sold through the American partner of TrueConf and that sales amount was the small amount – about $1 thousand.

However, a month later after the action in the company told TAdviser that the license cost more than $1 thousand, and the price of technical support was $2.5 thousand. Exact sales amount in TrueConf was not specified.

And during the conference the representative of TrueConf also sent to TAdviser the link to video to YouTube about which Odintsov spoke. Follows from it that software of TrueConf uses the channel of vebkast of TMRO which content is mainly connected with subjects of space and[2].

On video the co-founder of the channel Jami Higginbotham who is present at YouTube under the nickname Jami's Bits really mentions TrueConf, telling about equipment of studio. However in open sources nothing indicates legal coherence of this channel from SpaceX. Moreover, the description of TMRO on Wikipedia was made so that to emphasize this moment: there it is said that, unlike the majority of podcasts about space, TMRO works independently and it is not connected with any state or commercial[3].

Though, perhaps, nevertheless it is possible to call TMRO affiliated with SpaceX as Jamie Higginbotham in the profiles in social networks calls himself the leading video engineer of SpaceX. And in TrueConf told the correspondent of TAdviser that the request for their solution came from the mail domain SpaceX.

Later the representative of TrueConf also provided TAdviser for acquaintance the letter with data on payment for technical support about which it was told above. Follows from the letter that the payment was made, apparently, by Jamie Higginbotham's colleague from SpaceX, a certain Ryan Santos. In the letter its working e-mail in the domain spacex.com as the person who made payment is specified. However information on whether software of TrueConf not only studio of TMRO, but also SpaceX uses in fact, did not bring into the companies. TAdviser addressed to SpaceX behind comments and expects the answer.
