Accounting ordering
Kvadro of payment processing center arranged accounting. On September 8, 2020 the Gendalf company reported about it.
Earlier in Kvadro of payment processing center used different bases on the 1C: Enterprise platform, edition 1.6. But the management of the organization set the object – to result all accounting in uniformity, to facilitate mechanisms of receiving and information processing. Systematize the management reporting.
In addition to the solution of basic tasks, wanted:
- enter the general standards of calculation of charges of utilities and the issued receipts;
- structure information base: delete zadvoyenny data and remove errors with partners;
- increase the processing speed of the entering information;
- provide relevant functionality for accounting;
- implement a possibility of unloading of data in the different systems: GIS of housing and public utilities, Reform of housing and public utilities, MUSZN;
- adjust delivery of the specific reporting: in form 22-ZhKH (summary), statistical reporting on housing and public utilities;
- have an opportunity of sending payment documents in electronic form.
Asked for the help in updating of the current information bases in GENDALF company, during negotiations planned implementation and further maintenance.
What was made:
- the program "the Ailanthus is selected : Management of housing and public utilities";
- strategy of step-by-step data transfer is developed;
- audit of correctness of accounting is booked and all bases are unified, transferred to edition 3.1;
- a set of additional processings is developed for formation of primary documentation;
- unloadings in the different accounting systems are configured;
- personnel training is provided;
- and further processings are created: on transfer of a remaining balance and settlement, on transfer of the reference information in one base, but by the different organizations.
As a result of Kvadro of payment processing center received efficient accounting systems.
All bases are identical, with identical mechanisms of work. Reference books became convenient and ordered that helped with their application to new employees. And report forms now in current status.
Were separated utility and accounting. It helped to define areas of responsibility of users accurately: they see only that information which is necessary to them in work in base.
Calculation of houses for services happens once that reduced time of its formation.
All accounting conforms to standards. Besides, accounting became fully transparent for directors and managing directors. And thanks to transparency of the management reporting the company could analyze the expenses and find bottlenecks.
There were opportunities among which there is use of the CR, sending checks and receipts in electronic form.
The vvnedrenny accounting system provided to our employees several advantages. They do not need to use different programs any more. Time for loading and data processing decreased that allowed them to optimize the resources. Time for drawing up monthly reports by them to the management was reduced. Labor costs decreased by providing information in the different organizations: GIS of housing and public utilities, Reform of housing and public utilities, MUSZN. All reporting is prepared and submitted within short terms now. |
