Implementation of a RFID system for access control and monitoring of movement of transport in the territory of the Nineteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal. A RFID system should provide in the automatic mode free control of departure/entrance of motor transport on the court territory, without requiring from drivers to make actions, inconvenient for them, such as applying of RFID cards on entrance or departure. A system also should provide monitoring of movement of transport to provide understanding of that how many cars are in the territory when came around/left, etc.
