Expert Kabel Cable plant

The cable Plant 'EKSPERT-KABEL' is located in Oryol in the territory of the Industrial Oryol Park. The plant is founded on April 01, 2014 on the areas of the former Soviet steel-rolling giant plant.

Activities

Copper-smelting production

• In 2016 the project of workshop on copper processing is implemented.
• Process of the ascending continuous casting on Upcast® technology is started. Serial production of rolled wire with a diameter from 8 to 25 mm from oxygen-free copper of M00 brand is arranged (chemical composition in accordance with GOST 859-2001).
• Line capacity is up to 12,000 tons per year.

Line of Metal rolling

• At the same time the line of lengthy metal rolling was set by method of continuous extrusion of Conform 500.
• Thus, process of production of copper profiles of a different form was implemented.
• The serial release of copper buses in accordance with GOST 434-78 of brand copper to M00 is adjusted. Range of sections is from 200 to 3800 mm and width is up to 240 mm.

• At the disposal of more than 50 modern production lines from world leading manufacturers, with a possibility of monthly processing to 1,000 tons of copper and 800 tons of aluminum a month.

All products undergo obligatory and voluntary certification. Product quality of KZ 'EXPERT-KABEL' is confirmed with the state and interstate certificates of conformity. At the enterprise it is implemented and actively the quality management system in accordance with GOST of P ISO develops 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015).
