2020: The beginning of production of support for street lighting

JSC Kalugapribor entering into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec in partnership with Elektromash LLC masters activity – production of support (masts) for street lighting from composite materials. On September 9, 2020 the Avtomatika Concern reported about it. Development of Concern is an optimal solution on replacement of similar products from steel concrete and metal and has a number of powerful advantages, including durability, shock resistance, resistance to aggressive environments and low cost of ownership in comparison with analogs.

Composite support can be established for illumination of stadiums, walking paths, skiing and biathlon runs, bicycle tracks, residential areas, seasonal dachas, production sites, the airports and other objects. For production of support the holding uses different polymers and their derivatives, including a coal plastic and fibreglass and also other modern materials.

Products of Concern do not sustain combustion, do not require periodic processing by special structures, have dielectric properties. Also in cases of collision of the car with a composite support during road accident, the vehicle receives a smaller loss: at strong blow the car "cuts off a mast" at the basis and continues natural braking, at collision with a concrete structure the machine receives significant damage at the expense of blow force about monolithic construction.

These support for street illumination of Concern have the high level of an esthetics, have different color configurations and illumination that allows to approach questions of the organization of improvement of the city in a different way. Serious advantage is also resistance to atmospheric actions and aggressive environments: support do not collapse from humidity, temperature differences, are not subject to corrosion, are steady against high temperatures.
