2020: Testing of robots for transportation of loads

On Moscow Refinery (MNPZ), on the platform of digital logistic space, tests of robots for transportation of loads came to the end. Part in test drives was taken by the automated platforms of the Russian and foreign producers, reported on September 10 in MNPZ. According to the results of the project perspective solutions for creation of completely autonomous logistics system were selected.

Robots will provide autonomous logistics in a warehouse of Moscow Refinery

Robots were tested at accomplishment of different types of tasks of transportation of loads. Devices needed to interact with already operating automated pilers and to execute transactions in the conditions of multilevel lift storage system. Robots received tasks from the operator of a warehouse in real time on Wi-fi network thanks to integration with warehouse management systems.

Process of the goods delivery to a window of issue comes from a store cell completely in a standalone mode. For safety of warehouse workers all independent machines were equipped with sensors which at emergence of the person in a visibility range of sensors instantly stopped movements of the platform.

The Russian Ronavi H1500 robot with a loading capacity of 1.5 tons was for the first time used to transportation of especially heavy loads during tests. The high-capacity accumulator which allowed the device to operate without recharge during 8-hour shift became one of its features also.

Based on test operation of new models of robots creation of the uniform IT platform for management of all robotic solutions of digital logistic space is planned.
