"Agora" reduced terms of preparation of client orders for 30% using Penta WMS

2020: Penta WMS implementation

On September 10, 2020 Penta Group announced commissioning of the solution Penta WMS in a warehouse of the Agora company specializing in deliveries of consumer goods of daily demand (FMCG).

The Penta WMS system was selected based on the tender for automation of a warehouse of class A+ of 10,000 m of apartment from Podolsk.

At system implementation of management of the warehouse Penta WMS were implemented the features following technology:

• use of the diagram of shipment for management of priority of a complete set of client orders;
• complete set of orders taking into account the minimum residual expiration dates of goods for partners;
• pre-sale preparation on customer requirements;
• formation of sets beforehand or at the time of an order complete set;
• anticipatory and hot replenishment of cells of a complete set;
• advance formation transport a pallet in the directions of delivery.

Implementation of Penta WMS allowed to increase accuracy and to reduce terms of preparation of client orders for 30%, to create conditions for growth of a goods turnover.
