At "The Kamensk-Uralsky non-ferrous metals processing works" the open system is far off implemented

At "The Kamensk-Uralsky non-ferrous metals processing works" (KUZOTsM, Renova group, the Ural Federal District) the project on setting of a budgeting system on the basis of Palo open code system is complete. Implementation is executed far off by Corus Consulting company.

Within the project one of the main functions of treasury - control of compliance of expenses to the approved budget of cash flow is automated. In a system according to the register of primary documents creation of the reporting is performed that allows to monitor budget implementation.

The project was implemented in a short time. Within a month the task was designed, the model is created and the project solution which then was implemented in a free budgeting system is developed. User training is provided.

Implementing solution at the plant in Kamensk-Uralsky was conducted from head office of the company integrator in St. Petersburg. Interaction between the customer and integrator was performed on e-mail when it was necessary to send documents - forms and bases from Palo, user instructions, reference books. For the solution of the current questions phone was used. Besides, by transfer of a ready system it was twice carried out it for for demonstration of functions of a system and training of employees.
