2020: System implementation of an electronic queue

The newly opened body of Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases hospital of Agafonov (Kazan) was equipped with a management system for queue of NEURONIQ. On September 14, 2020 Technologies of the Futures reported about it.

The main task of an electronic queue – the automated flux profile of patients on boxes depending on age and symptoms of a disease. This solution helps to create conditions for isolation of patients from each other and from medical personnel that is especially relevant during the periods of deterioration in an epidemiological situation.

The hardware of a complex is executed in street execution. Patients are met by the wall terminal for registration in queue and printing of the coupon. The invitation to acceptance is performed by means of an output of number of the coupon on the main information screens and boards located on the building of the body and over each boxing respectively.

The intelligent system of NEURONIQ creates statistic reports for job analysis of reception and allows to control a queue status, the number of citizens and waiting time for rapid response to the arising problems.

For September, 2020 NEURONIQ optimizes work of 597 medical institutions in the territory of Russia and the CIS (it is possible to get acquainted with examples of installations in a portfolio).
